Founder’s story
I believe feeling well should not feel like another job you have to manage alone.
Lucid began from a very personal place. I have always been drawn to understanding the body: how it works, what it needs, and why the answer is rarely the same for everyone. My studies in nutritional sciences and genetics gave me a strong foundation in the science of individual health. Yet becoming a mother, and later moving through postnatal depression, taught me that information alone is not always enough.
At that time, I was looking for support that could hold both the practical and the personal: care grounded in evidence, but with room for rest, emotion, connection, and the small rituals that help us return to ourselves. This led me to Kundalini Yoga and Sound Therapy. They did not replace science; they helped me experience wellbeing in a fuller, more human way.
Lucid is where these two worlds meet. Here, I bring together modern, individualised health insights with mindful practices that support the whole person. Sometimes that means looking more closely at nutrition, genetics, or the patterns behind how you feel. Sometimes it means slowing down, listening, and creating a little more room to breathe. Always, it begins with you.
As a mother of four, I understand how easy it is to put everyone else first—and how confusing wellness can feel when there is too much advice and not enough clarity. My role is not to hand you a rigid formula. It is to walk beside you, help you make sense of what your body may be asking for, and create a plan that feels possible in your real life.
I founded Lucid to be a warm, thoughtful place for that kind of care: scientifically informed, deeply personal, and built around the belief that lasting wellbeing grows through understanding, compassion, and steady support.
